Your Mission
What To Expect
Benefits Administration
- Administer medical, insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Handle enrolments, changes, claims/escalations, and serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding insurance and benefits-related inquiries, resolving cases accurately and professionally.
- Coordinate partnerships with external vendors (e.g., insurance brokers), including renewals and service delivery, and address any issues or updates.
- Conduct research on benefits options and assist HR management with recommendations to ensure competitive offerings.
- Provide guidance and support regarding benefits-related policies, procedures, and statutory requirements that impact HR processes and HR systems setup and governance.
- Administer benefits and payroll data in the HRIS, investigate data discrepancies, prepare benefits reports, and identify opportunities for improved employee experience and process automation.
- Serve as a payroll backup, including payroll processing, CPF contributions, and relevant payroll and tax requirements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation, controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties to support audit assessments and queries.
HR Operations
- Process Employment Pass, S Pass, and other applicable work pass renewals and cancellations; ensure employee records are up to date.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files, including transfers, compensation changes, and exits, as well as other HR-related documentation.
- Support government-related applications, surveys (e.g., manpower surveys), and checks.
- Support HR report preparation for audits, management reviews, and discussions.
- Stay updated on local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
- Support the HOD and C&B Lead on C&B program reviews and HR operations projects.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with at least 2-3 years of HR operational experience, especially in Singapore payroll and benefits processing.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
- Prior experience with HRIS, especially SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA, would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially data processing tools such as Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable).
- Service-oriented mindset and comfortable engaging with employees on inquiries.
- Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
