Talent Acquisition Specialist (Campus Recruitment)

Your Mission

This position plays a key role in attracting and engaging early-career talent by building strong partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), managing internship programs, and driving campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

What To Expect

  • Build and maintain relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Manage and enhance the end-to-end internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities, performance evaluations, and conversion planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives targeted at early career talent through digital and on-campus channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support throughout their internship journey.
  • Track and analyze recruitment and internship metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment and/or internship program management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative and proactive mindset, with an interest in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
