Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Your Mission

This position is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition process by coordinating candidate interactions, managing recruitment operations, and optimizing hiring workflows.

What To Expect

Talent Pipelining and Recruitment Operations

  • Build a talent database for critical roles to mitigate potential workforce shortages.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
  • Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and facilitate the onboarding process.

 

Recruitment Process Management

  • Assist with job postings, requisition management, and maintenance of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress and candidate feedback.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

 

Compliance and Process Improvement

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies, data protection laws, and diversity and inclusion standards.
  • Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and projects, contributing ideas to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition operations, or HR coordination.
  • Prior experience in handling applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidate interactions professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
