Systems Operations Engineer

Your Mission

This position is responsible for monitoring, operations, system stabilization, and upgrades of the organization's intelligent systems. It also involves managing the monitoring interface for related intelligent systems, including IoT, Restful API, Kafka, Socket, and EAI.

What To Expect

• Operation of intelligent systems (Manufacturing/Logistics/Quality)
• Monitor and resolve issues with data interfaces between facilities, robots, systems, and virtual factories
• Analyze relevant data to check system/process performance and identify issues
• Collaborate with system PIC and DBA
• Leverage deep familiarity with existing factory system flows to troubleshoot system operations effectively

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in Java and C# development
• Experience in monitoring systems and data interface protocols
• Understanding of Database Management (Oracle, Tibero, SQL, etc.)
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing/logistics processes and technology (Beneficial)
