Smart Logistics Lead

Your Mission

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians in the logistics team to support production activities.

What To Expect

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the execution of assigned tasks.
• Maintain close liaison with logistics, production, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and respond quickly to any production delays or potential risks.
• Plan and assign daily activities according to production and R&D schedules.
• Drive material supply completion within the stipulated time frame.
• Analyze data and implement enhancements to maximize operational efficiency and reliability.
• Operate automated equipment, such as AGV, AMR, and Automated Storage Retrieval Systems.
• Possess knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support production.
• Identify issues related to systems, processes, and machines.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate potential hazards associated with automated systems.
• Participate in inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Possess 5 years of experience in the automation industry, with a minimum 2 years of Logistics experience.
• Strong understanding of control systems and industrial automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
