Service Management Specialist

Your Mission

This position is responsible for service, warranty, and parts, while managing the operations of the after-sales service provider agency. Additionally, it includes establishing and executing a specific service channel operation strategy tailored for electric vehicles (EVs).

What To Expect

EV-Oriented After-Sales Management

  • Facilitate warranty claims review and approval.
  • Manage the local supply of after-sales parts.
  • Oversee feedback mechanism and provide quality support by reviewing the Quality Information Report and recommending improvement actions to the service agent.
  • Conduct comprehensive management of quality issues for HMGICS-produced vehicles.
  • Manage service-related tasks and responsibilities essential for the successful launch of new vehicle models.
  • Oversee issue resolution resolving operational issues or VOC escalations originating from service agent.

•    Coordinating with NEA on EV waste disposal matters.
 
Relationship Management with Local Service Agent (KOMOCO Motors)

  • Establish and implement an after-sales operation strategy in cooperation with the service agent.
  • Maintain periodic communication with local service agent regarding various business matters.
  • Provide necessary trainings and resources to the service agent to ensure they are well informed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the after-sales field within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and support team members to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrates a high level of consistency in delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make prompt judgments, take action, and think creatively.
  • Ability to communicate relevant information effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate in developing and manage budgets, with a solid understanding of financial planning and cost control.
