Senior Project Manager

Your Mission

This position will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams at HMGICS, overseeing the execution of digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects. It involves close collaboration with tech partners and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions addressing operational challenges. Additionally, this position will be required to drive the implementation of proposed solutions, tackle bottlenecks, and facilitate global rollout discussions with headquarters, ensuring the successful execution of transformative initiatives.

What To Expect

[Project Leadership & Team Management]

  • Assign tasks to team members, oversee their execution, and regularly review progress
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among cross-disciplinary teams
  • Lead agile squads, ensuring rapid execution aligned with project goal

[Solution Development & Collaboration]

  • Interact with tech partners to devise innovative solutions for current operational challenges
  • Engage stakeholders to understand pain points, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to solution design
  • Validate and confirm proposed "to-be" processes, collaborating closely with the Product Owner

[Project Planning & Implementation]

  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Execute projects according to plan, adapting as needed and addressing obstacles that arise
  • Identify and secure necessary technologies and resources for successful execution

[Issue Resolution & Global Strategy]

  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and challenges during project implementation
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to maintain project progress and ensure successful outcomes
  • Engage in discussions with headquarters to identify opportunities for global roll-out and collaborate on strategy development

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in a discrete manutacturing environment
  • At least 10 years of hands-on involvement in operational and digital transformation, IT consulting, or business process re-engineering
  • Proficiency in loT, Simulation, Al/ML, IT/OT, and Robotics projects within a discrete manufacturing context
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their successful implementation in a manufacturing setting
  • Expertise in change management strategies to ensure smooth technology adoption
