Senior IT Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)
Your Mission
This position is responsible for leading and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support the organization's HR technology strategy. As a highly experienced and results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, drive system optimization, and lead strategic HR technology initiatives. You will act as a key subject matter expert, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement while aligning HR technology solutions with business objectives.
What To Expect
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning).
- Lead the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Manage and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations and adherence to SLAs.
- Partner closely with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Drive system optimization initiatives, process automation, and the continuous improvement of HR operations.
- Oversee data governance, system integrity, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Lead release management cycles, including impact analysis, testing strategy, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct advanced user training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors support and implementation.
- Minimum of 3–4 full-cycle (end-to-end) SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, along with post-go-live support experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (module-specific certifications are an advantage).
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Understanding of XML-based configuration, business rules, and HR system logic.
- Basic understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
