Senior HR Specialist
Your Mission
This position is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational success. The incumbent will not only act as a strategic partner to the business but will also take on primary responsibility for the management and optimization of our HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors.
What To Expect
- Act as a strategic HR partner to designated business units, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing HR solutions to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees to drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Address employee relations issues, providing counsel to both employees and management to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related matters, ensuring the system is effectively utilized to support HR processes.
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Train and support HR and business users on the functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Work closely with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and implement system updates or enhancements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
- Work closely with agile squads within the organization to understand their operational dynamics and provide HR support that aligns with agile principles.
- Facilitate agile HR practices, such as flexible role definitions and team-based performance assessments, to enhance squad efficiency and collaboration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system is required.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working with agile squads is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
