Senior HR Planning Specialist

Your Mission

This position is responsible for designing HR Policies and Strategies for both the long term and short term in order to attract and retain high caliber talents to achieve strategic objectives of HMGICS.

What To Expect

  • Setting up / refining HR Strategies, for both the long-term and short-term in all aspects of HR
  • Manage or support the manpower planning process
  • Owner of HR Operations processes, managing and supporting where required
  • Keeping track of all the key projects within HR team and working with other members of the HR Team to ensure that the projects are completed successfully within timeline
  • Build and maintain a close rapport with employees to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives, and that HR Standards/Procedures are executed successfully
  • Manage or support the recruitment of managerial and non-managerial positions in collaboration with the line department
  • Manage or support the performance management process to maintain fair, consistent and continuous development of talents
  • Implement compensation and benefit planning to maintain internal and external competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance of the organizational practices with respective labor laws and regulations
  • Take ownership in end-to-end HR projects, including proposal, planning, execution and evaluation stages
  • Ensure extraordinary/poor performers are identified and appropriately recognized
  • Manage data accessibility to performance results, personal information, individual salary, individual employee relations and other critical information
  • Actively communicate with HQ to ensure clear and consistent HR decisions
  • Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job as required

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Multinationals, ICT or Automotive Industry
  • In-depth knowledge in HR trends across industries and legal laws applicable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently communicate with people from different cultures at a variety level
  • Proficiency in HRIS will be beneficial
