Your Mission
This position is responsible for managing welfare administration and employee support for HMGICS.
What To Expect
- Develop, operate, and monitor employee benefits program/welfare system
- Respond to requests and feedbacks on employee benefits program/welfare system
- Canteen (Café) Planning and Operation (canteen vendor selection, menu development, canteen infrastructure installation and contracting)
- Commuter Bus and Shuttle Bus Planning and Operation (management of operating vendors, route development)
- Transportation Support Management (management of employee transportation allowances and credits, vendor management)
- Management of employee uniforms
- Maintain an agreeable working environment (facility management, cleaning outsourcing service providers management)
- Manage general outsourcing vendors
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general administration, planning and administering executive services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Fluent in English Language (Written & Verbal)
