Senior General Affairs Specialist

Your Mission

This position is responsible for managing welfare administration and employee support for HMGICS.

What To Expect

  • Develop, operate, and monitor employee benefits program/welfare system
  • Respond to requests and feedbacks on employee benefits program/welfare system
  • Canteen (Café) Planning and Operation (canteen vendor selection, menu development, canteen infrastructure installation and contracting)
  • Commuter Bus and Shuttle Bus Planning and Operation (management of operating vendors, route development)
  • Transportation Support Management (management of employee transportation allowances and credits, vendor management)
  • Management of employee uniforms
  • Maintain an agreeable working environment (facility management, cleaning outsourcing service providers management)
  • Manage general outsourcing vendors

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general administration, planning and administering executive services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Fluent in English Language (Written & Verbal)
