Senior Finance Specialist

Your Mission

This position is responsible for establishing a corporate funding plan and financing to manage liquidity stably and manage corporate funds. Additionally, it is responsible for paying for goods/services received, managing revenue recovery funds, and supporting fund management in consideration of the economic situation (interest rates/currency).

What To Expect

  • Predict and manage liquidity based on funding plans and actual cash flows, and carry out fundraising if necessary.
  • Perform cash flow forecasting, planning, and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor inward and outward remittances.
  • Consider local loans in case of insufficient funds to cover operational and goods/service costs.
  • Be familiar with bank account management, responsible for opening and closing bank accounts, KYC compliance, and document management for all bank accounts.
  • Manage bank loan facility drawdowns and repayments, considering interest rate hedging for bank loans.
  • Handle new loan documentation, existing bank loan compliance, and other matters related to bank facilities, including trade facilities.
  • Manage the corporate credit card program, including issuing and canceling corporate credit cards and adjusting credit limits.
  • Establish the most efficient borrowing and short-term fund management plans based on research on policy interests and loan interest rates of financial products.
  • Manage cash flows between capital and sales recovery of the corporation before the payment time with appropriate financial products.
  • Handle day-to-day payment transactions such as fund transfers and payments.
  • Monitor exchange rates for fund placement.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, tax, or accounting.
  • Total of 5+ years of experience in finance, including money and liquidity management, fund procurement, etc.
  • Experience in trade finance.
  • Understanding of finance for managing funds stably and currency risks.
  • Technical skills in using the SAP system.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
