Senior Digital Transformation Specialist, Sales

Your Mission

This position is responsible for leading and supporting projects to execute data-driven sales and operations planning (S&OP) optimization. Additionally, it involves leading the development, improvement, and maintenance of systems for collecting and utilizing sales and customer behavior data.

What To Expect

  • Establish a strategy to optimize sales and operations planning by integrating sales and production data.
  • Define detailed business requirements to lead and support internal and external (Distributor) system development for sales-related data collection and management.
  • Establish and implement practical use cases that leverage data to drive sales growth and improve production efficiency.
  • Optimize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to enhance customer satisfaction and generate strategic insights from customer data analysis.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on the planning and execution of data-driven, targeted campaigns (such as EDMs, SMSes, and targeted ads).

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, regardless of major
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the development or operation of retail channels or customer touchpoints
  • Experience in the automobile or IT industry, or strategic consulting, is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment and manage multiple operational matters and projects simultaneously
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (at least 1–2 years) is highly desired but not required
