Senior Channel Strategy Specialist

Your Mission

This position will lead and support the development of sales and customer experience-related systems, such as the brand website, e-commerce site, user app, and more. In addition, he/she will establish and execute the retail channel operation strategy, which includes showrooms, online sales, and the website.

What To Expect

  • Establish the overall strategy for online and offline customer retail and after-service experiences.
  • Define and design detailed customer experience processes for various online and offline channels.
  • Define the requirements for developing various customer experience-related systems, such as the brand website, e-commerce site, user app, and more.
  • Lead or support the development of various customer experience-related systems, including the brand website, e-commerce site, and user app.
  • Establish and execute a retail channel operation strategy to increase traffic and sales performance.
  • Establish a cooperation strategy with external partners, such as finance, insurance, and trade-in companies.
  • Create a customer service training manual.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, regardless of major.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the development or operation of retail channels or customer touchpoints.
  • Experience in e-commerce business is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the automobile or IT industry, or strategic consulting, is preferred but not required.
