Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Robotics Intern (Computer Vision) to join our dynamic Robotics Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge computer vision algorithms for robotic applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical foundation combined with practical software development skills.

What To Expect

  • Conduct data collection and manage large volumes of 2D/3D images from the existing sensing system.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for robotic perception tasks (e.g., object detection, segmentation, 3D reconstruction, scene understanding).
  • Collaborate with the robotics team to integrate computer vision solutions into existing robot systems.
  • Perform software development in Python and C++ for algorithm implementation and system integration.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate optimized solutions into the existing pipeline.
  • Document findings and present results to the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic, Computer), Mechatronics or Computer Science.
  • Solid mathematical background with a strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization.
  • Fundamental understanding of computer vision concepts including image processing, feature extraction, geometric vision, and multi-view geometry.
  • Proficiency in software development with Python and C++.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
