Quality Control Technician

Your Mission

This position is responsible for conducting quality inspections on finished vehicles and vehicle parts. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our products. Your responsibilities will include thorough assessments to guarantee that each vehicle and its components meet our quality benchmarks.

What To Expect

  • Conduct thorough incoming parts inspections to ensure the quality of components.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control plans based on analysis of quality result data.
  • Oversee and perform inspections on various aspects including indoor functions, electrical systems, exterior components, and painting.
  • Operate inspection line equipment, manage R&B, and conduct side slip inspections.
  • Utilize 3D scanners for precise Body BIP measurement and module management.
  • Conduct water tightness and indoor noise inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage inline non-direct quality problem repairs efficiently.
  • Perform driving inspections, final inspections, and oversee S/OFF control processes.
  • Coordinate production vehicle movement and contribute to vehicle assembly processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum NITEC in any relevant field.
  • Preferably, 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance.
  • Possession of a valid driving license would be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of the main functions of electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles.
