Public Relations Specialist

Your Mission

This position is responsible for developing and executing digital content, corporate communications, and heritage asset management to strengthen corporate reputation, brand awareness, and stakeholder relationships.

What To Expect

Corporate Communications / Public Relations

  • Support initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation as an innovative, socially responsible, and people-centric organization.
  • Develop authentic and newsworthy stories through strategic content planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate visits, VIP engagements, and visitor experience programs to enhance stakeholder perception and corporate reputation.
  • Oversee end-to-end visitor experience activities, including scheduling, program coordination, content preparation, and post-visit documentation.

 

Digital Content Development & Management

  • Develop and execute compelling digital content and storytelling initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, to enhance corporate visibility and engagement.
  • Create impactful content by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to showcase key initiatives, innovations, corporate milestones, CSR activities, employer branding efforts, customer experience programs, and other strategic projects.
  • Drive content amplification through appropriate communication channels to maximize reach and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and continuously enhance corporate communication assets, content libraries, and VIP experience materials.

 

Corporate Asset Management & Heritage Archiving

  • Lead the management, organization, and digital archiving of corporate assets, records, achievements, recognitions, and historical milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage corporate assets to strengthen branding, storytelling, corporate reputation, and communication initiatives.
  • Serve as the focal point for asset-related coordination with headquarters and relevant stakeholders.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to align communication strategies, messaging, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support communication, branding, and public relations initiatives.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative communications environment by supporting strategic projects and corporate campaigns.
  • Support VIP experience programs for both domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain VIP Experience processes, materials, and communication assets to ensure a consistent and high-quality visitor experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Content Development, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital content creation, storytelling, editorial planning, photography, videography, and social media communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Agency experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Korean is advantageous to support regular business communications and coordination with stakeholders based at the organization's HQ in South Korea.
