Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of HMGICS's Technology Roadmap and fostering a robust ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. You will define methodologies, identify pain points, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance factory processes.

What To Expect

[Technology Roadmap Development]

Collaborate with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.
Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS use cases and technology catalogs.
Foster and manage a network of technology and innovation partners.

[Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification]

Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI.
Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and identify critical pain points.
Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and system limitations.

[Technology Solution Deployment]

Leverage data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation.
Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a smooth handover to production teams.

What You'll Bring

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
Experience using simulation tools and techniques (e.g., digital twin, discrete event simulation) to model and analyze complex systems.
Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
