Project Manager, Mobile Robot
Your Mission
This position will be responsible for monitoring the performance of various factory work processes and new technology pilots. He/She will support the development and realization of the HMGICS Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies and efficient project management practices.
What To Expect
[Project Leadership]
- Lead end-to-end management of digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional team, monitor project performance and report progress.
- Champion Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
[Technology Roadmap Development]
- Collaborate with HMG stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital transformation use cases and technology catalogue Design, develop, and maintain ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, in collaboration with HMG stakeholders
[Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification]
- Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI.
- Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and identify critical pain points.
- Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and system limitations.
[Technology Solution Deployment and Change Management]
- Leverage data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
- Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation.
- Oversee technical integration of robots with existing systems (WMS, MES, ERP, IoT platforms).
- Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a smooth handover to production teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.
- Familiarity with mobile robots (AMRs, AGVs), robotics integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Experience with systems such as WMS, MES, PLCs, SCADA, or ERP.
- Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
- In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
