Project Manager, Maintenance

Your Mission

This position will be responsible as a key expertise for maintenance related digital applications. You will work closely with the maintenenace teams and software developers, IoT/PLC engineers, process engineers, data scientists to leverage technology use to improve, streamline and automate the maintenance process. You will be responsible for leading an agile squad towards planning, application development, implementation, and monitoring of such technology in Singapore and globally.

What To Expect

• Connect and collaborate with teams from other regions of the world to obtain Voice of the Customer, software practices, data governance and maintenance use cases including business requirements and needs.
• Interface with several corporate functional areas and preparation of technical documents, presentations, and reports.

• Leads maintenance related application deployment as part of the SCRUM team or product owner.
• Management of activities related to Scrum Product Owner
• Management of the execution of sprints, bugs,
• Support in monitoring projects involving IT and Industry 4.0 update.
• Work together with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions on OT and IT level

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or 10+ years of combined technical and software application deployment experience required.
• 8+ years engineering experience in an industrial environment
• 5+ years’ experience with project management, scrum and software deployment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Manages projects for accelerated sites and works closely with the squads
• Experience with Microsoft Office package, Excel Advanced, Tableau, Power BI.
