Your Mission

This position is responsible for developing products and enhancing competitiveness through effective pricing, specification management, and targeted communication in the respective markets. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders to monitor and analyze competitors' activities, with a specific emphasis on understanding product life cycles.

What To Expect

  • Develop products for domestic and export markets and establish timelines for new product launches.
  • Organize specifications and trim options, taking into consideration market trends and customer preferences.
  • Determine product price positioning by closely monitoring competitive conditions and understanding customers' needs.
  • Analyze the market, customers, and competitors in terms of products and sales.
  • Conduct consumer research to identify trends and perceptions that support product planning.
  • Analyze market regulations and vehicle policies, and proceed with the homologation process accordingly.
  • Drive and lead ad-hoc projects based on emerging business needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to solve problems, exercise prompt judgment and action, and engage in strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in communicating relevant information to all levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
