Process Innovation Consultant

Your Mission

This position is responsible for the development of HMGICS's Technology Roadmap and maintain its ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. He/She will develop the structure for monitoring performance of various factory processes, identify pain points to be resolved with technology pilots, and leverage data-drive approach to drive continuous improvement.

What To Expect

[Development of Technology Roadmap]

• Support the planning & implementation of technology roadmap in collaboration with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS use case and technology catalogue
• Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, in collaboration with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders

[Work Processes Management, Pain Points Identification]

• Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI 
• Engage with relevant stakeholders in HMGICS manufacturing group to gather data and develop insights on critical pain points
• Perform data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments

[Technology Solution Deployment]

• Leverage data analysis and facilitate brainstorming workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions
• Provide project management support with operation teams to implement solutions
• Monitor performance improvements post-deployment and ensure smooth handover to production team

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in  Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years (Junior)/ 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting / BusinessProcess Re-engineering / ICT Consulting/ Process Innovation/ Business/ System Consulting
• Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT System development project
• Deep understanding in manufacturing industry
• Technical skills in data analysis or B.I.(Business Intelligence) implementation
