Process Engineer

Your Mission

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process at HMGICS, including real-time monitoring of production and buffer systems to ensure efficient multi-spec, Built-to-Order (BTO) production. It also involves examining and improving production line techniques, enhancing manufacturing processes, and managing the quality control systems, while ensuring operational efficiency across all related scopes of work.

What To Expect

• Optimize process schedules for CTO (Configure to Order) and BTO (Build to Order) manufacturing, while managing the overall production process.
• Lead on-time production for CTO and BTO by monitoring real-time production and buffer status.
• Examine assembly line manufacturing techniques and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Manage and enhance the quality control system within the manufacturing process.
• Assess mixed flow production optimization techniques for the assembly line and evaluate quality assurance and testing methods in production.
• Explore new manufacturing techniques and ensure the quality of various car components, including tailgates, doors, hoods, skateboard-type chassis, bumpers, roof modules, cockpits, front-end modules, and seats.
• Develop and manage standard operating procedures and inspection standards in response to changing specifications.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Technical skills in examining manufacturing techniques and conducting DPA using AutoCAD, CATIA (not mandatory)
• Technical skills in analyzing module manufacturing processes (not mandatory)
• Understanding of manufacturing process optimization
• Proficiency in MS Office
