PDI Supervisor

Your Mission

This position is responsible for the establishment and procedures of pre-delivery inspection (PDI) operations and management of a group of PDI Assistants.
 

What To Expect

  • Lead and motivate a team of PDI assistant to achieve monthly production and delivery target
  • Responsible for PDI assistant work schedule/assignment and quality of work
  • Responsible for daily workshop safety and briefing
  • Ensure PDI vendors are compliant with agreed service standard
  • Responsible for any daily/monthly reports to internal departments
  • Oversee quality and well-prepared vehicles for deliveries​​​​​​
  • Administrative matters pertaining to workshop purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
  • Coordination of car movement with sales admin, PDI assistants and vendors
  • Work closely with sales admin and manager with regards to workflow and job instructions for smooth day-to-day operations
  • Final approval check for post-installation inspection of accessories/works by PDI vendor
  • Stock management of IU and PIO accessories
  • Monitor and follow-up status of vehicles undergoing repairs, and act as main liaison between Quality and Production Team

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma in Management, Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Automotive background or relevant industry with at least 5 years of experience is preferred
  • Past supervisory experience is preferred
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of standard operating procedures, parts and functions of vehicles
  • Possess valid Class 3 license
