PDI Specialist
Your Mission
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the vehicle's condition post-production and preparing the vehicle for customer delivery.
What To Expect
- Monitor the status of vehicle production, provide information to customers, and support customers in receiving vehicles at their desired time.
- Manage PDI operations, internal staff, contractor management, and inventory of car accessories.
- Manage intra-logistics movement within the HMGICS facility to facilitate a smooth sales process.
- Manage PDI procedures to prepare the vehicle for delivery to customers after production.
- Handle and operate expenses incurred during vehicle preparation in PDI
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or equivalent.
- Automotive background or relevant industry experience with at least 5 years of working experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience managing a team of PDI assistants preferred.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of standard operating procedures, parts, and functions of vehicles.
- Ability to organize complex situations and materials in a simple way.
- Ability to use and teach sales and administration systems
- Ability to understand detailed vehicle purchase processes required by LTA.
