Machine Maintenance Engineer

Your Mission

This position is responsible for managing the machines in HMGICS' smart factory.

What To Expect

  • Perform daily patrols, monthly semi-overhauls, annual overhauls, and other periodic maintenance.
  • Prepare and deliver work reports to the next shift.
  • Monitor plant conditions (production, downtime) in real-time and report results as instructed by superiors.
  • Respond to emergencies (breakdowns, accidents, fires, etc.).
  • Strictly execute activity plans to achieve target downtime ratios for equipment and lines.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant machine maintenance experience in the automated manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience with pneumatic systems, such as those from SMC or FESTO.
  • 5-10 years of experience with reducers, such as those from Alpha, Sumitomo, or SEW.
  • Technical knowledge in engines and metal machining.
  • Experience designing small machinery parts (shafts, blocks, etc.).
  • A valid driver's license and related equipment field experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in IT skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AUTOCAD (for designing small mechanical parts), and 3D CAD (Step, Inventor, Catia).
  • Welding license.
  • Experience in lubrication and maintenance of bearings, fans, and pumps.
  • Reliability and integrity in work.
  • A pragmatic “can-do” attitude and a goal-oriented approach to tasks.
