Learning & Development Specialist
Your Mission
This position is responsible for developing and implementing interventions to enhance the competencies of employees and leaders, while fostering the learning agility of the organization. The role also involves conducting research to identify best practices in the market and recommending suitable practices for adoption at HMGICS.
What To Expect
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., line managers, and management) to identify learning needs and implement organizational development and learning programs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify development areas and design programs/solutions to enhance employee and leadership capabilities (e.g., curriculum design, session concepts, etc.).
- Develop an organizational development strategy and establish competency frameworks and development structures aligned with strategic direction and organizational needs.
- Create indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and monitor the results for the application of learning and behavioral change.
- Facilitate employee and leadership development programs.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development & Learning / Learning & Development.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a multinational, ICT, or automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of learning trends and market practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse cultures and at all levels.
- Facilitation and coaching experience will be advantageous.
