Junior Campus Recruiter

Your Mission

This position will play a key role in collaborating with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and coordinating campus recruitment events to attract, source, and engage top talent.

What To Expect

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to attract top talent
  • Oversee and further develop the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, networking events and information sessions
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to interns throughout their tenure
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative campus recruitment strategies

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruiting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
