Your Mission

HMGICS Digital Solution Center is currently developing intelligent systems for productivity, quality, logistics, manufacturing, big data processing, and aims to operate data-driven factories through IT/OT data connection. We are looking for a Tech Leader to co-lead the Digital Solutions Center, and lead establishment and linkage of convergence architecture between IT and OT. This includes creating a OT Data Architecture and standard platform enabling the rapid deployment of use-cases leveraging 4 key blocks (IIOT, AI/ML, Digital Twin Virtual Simulation, 1-2-3D Visualization).

What To Expect

Set up the IT/OT foundation and make relevant enterprise architecture decisions to enable use cases in a scalable way
Provice expert knowledge on the value of industrial IoT use cases, best practices, related technical topics
AI Integration on Edge computing
Integration of simulation environment (leverage real-time data to feed simulator, use simulator results to orchestrate IT and OT systems, etc.)
Provision of relevant architecture to enable seamless 1-2-3D visualizations on any type of devices
Lead and collaborate with Developers, Platform and Server Engineers as a team
Monitor and resolve issues of data interfaces between facilities/robots/systems and virtual factories
Analyze relavant data to check performance of system/process and identify issues

What You'll Bring

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing
Development Skills (JAVA, C, C++, C#), Database (RDBMS, Big Data) and IIoT
Expertise in PLC Connection (SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, Allen-Bradley, ABB, etc.)
Expertise in PLC Programming, C#, Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js
Expertise in Scripting Language (Powershell, Bash, etc)
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipeline, Linux OS
Expertise in Hadoop 3.0 and Database(Oracle, Tibero, MS-SQL, Maria DB)
Experience with manufacturing/logistics IIOT platform (e.g. Azure IOT Hub, PTC Thingworx, Siemens Mindsphere, Schneider EcoStruxure, Bosch etc) and simulation platforms (e.g. nVidia Omniverse) is a plus.
