Head of Business Management
Your Mission
This position is responsible for leading the Business Management Team and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability across HMGICS. The role oversees sales and production support functions, ensuring effective business operations, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.
What To Expect
[Overall Management, Sales & Production Support]
- Manage Order-to-Delivery (OTD) operations for all models produced by HMGICS.
- Manage agency agreements with Hyundai and Kia, and provide customer support, including warranty-related aftersales services, customer data management, and Voice of Customer (VOC) handling.
[Export Business Operations]
- Manage the supply and delivery of consigned vehicles for the Motional robo-taxi program.
[HMGICS Operational Support]

Strengthen budget management and cost control to enhance profitability, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous cost-saving initiatives.

Manage key fleet accounts and develop rental and leasing business opportunities in collaboration with Hyundai and Kia Regional Headquarters (RHQ).
[Communication & Stakeholder Management]

Serve as the communication hub among Hyundai and Kia Headquarters (HQ), Regional Headquarters (RHQ), and distributor networks to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive business planning, sales operations, brand retail strategy, or sales planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate extensively with Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) Headquarters (HQ), Regional Headquarters (RHQ), and internal stakeholders.
- Experience serving as a Project Manager (PM) for business planning, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional projects is preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Hands-on leadership capabilities, with experience building, stabilizing, and leading teams while driving the expansion of their responsibilities and scope.
