This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building facilities. The role includes identifying and resolving issues across various spaces, ensuring functionality and safety. It also involves cross-departmental communication, particularly with headquarters, to align operational needs with strategic initiatives.
As part of the General Affairs team, this role covers a range of business support functions, including safety and security operations, and requires the ability to plan and execute new projects under management’s direction.
What To Expect
Oversee the day-to-day operation, upkeep, and optimization of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire safety installations.
Assist the planning and execution of Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, encompassing feasibility studies, contractor coordination, project scheduling, cost control, and implementation activities.
Perform routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and technical evaluations to maintain system integrity and ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Direct and coordinate in-house technicians and external service contractors in carrying out preventive maintenance programs and rectification works. Compile maintenance records, investigation reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders and clients.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Integrated Facilities Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities management or other building sectors.
Familiar with CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Exposure to energy management and sustainability-related initiatives.
Good project coordination, contractor management, and supervisory skills.
