Executive Assistant
Your Mission
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and global corporate environment. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Executive Assistant ensures optimal efficiency in daily operations and fosters seamless communication between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders.
What To Expect
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and business correspondence professionally.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Manage sensitive, strategic and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle expense reports, document preparation, and office management tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives or similar roles.
- Experience in general administration, office management, customer service, or client-facing roles would be beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High integrity and proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Korean to engage stakeholders in the Singapore entity and HQ members based in South Korea.
