Executive Assistant

Your Mission

This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate executive communications, and manage the CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements.

What To Expect

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Plan and organize travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for meetings; follow up on action items as needed.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Handle expense reports, document preparation, and office management tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Korean to engage stakeholders in the Singapore entity and HQ members based in South Korea.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Experience in the service or hospitality industry would be beneficial.
