Corporate Driver
Your Mission
This position is responsible for providing chauffeur services for executives, as well as for VIP events. The role focuses on ensuring comfort and reliability, which includes adhering to traffic laws, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and delivering a safe and comfortable travel experience. Responsibilities also include tasks such as loading and unloading luggage, route planning, and reporting any issues or incidents.
What To Expect
- Safely and efficiently transport VIPs and executives to designated destinations according to the itinerary, including route planning, traffic and fuel optimization, and ensuring timely arrivals.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and relevant regulations in Singapore at all times.
- Perform regular vehicle checks—such as EV charging status, tire condition, brakes, oil levels, etc.—and ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other drivers, especially during large-scale VIP events involving multiple vehicles. Provide high-quality service by being courteous, professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Conduct training and briefings on vehicle operation plans, including the pickup and return of vehicles from company premises or vendors to support business trips and VIP events.
- Maintain accurate records of support hours, travel logs, fuel consumption, deliveries, and any other miscellaneous expenses.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of corporate vehicles used by executives, expatriates, and protocol support personnel. Monitor and track the release and return status of these vehicles.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the delivery of work-related materials between locations and assist with transportation for HQ travellers during business trips.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in supporting major events as a driver or providing VIP chauffeur services will be preferred.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driver’s license.
- A clean driving record with good knowledge of traffic regulations and awareness of road conditions.
- Strong driving skills and a solid understanding of road safety are essential.
- Ability to interact professionally with VIPs, along with the physical fitness to handle tasks such as loading/unloading luggage or working extended hours on an ad-hoc basis.
- Punctuality and reliability are crucial, and a basic ability to perform administrative tasks is required.
