Business Development Specialist (Mobility)

Your Mission

This position is responsible for analyzing the mobility market in Singapore and other ASEAN countries. He/she is also responsible for excavating and proposing new mobility business, conducting feasibility study, planning and monitoring business operations.

What To Expect

• Analyze the mobility market in Singapore and other ASEAN countries
• Excavate new business opportunities and suggest new business plans based on the market analysis in order to reinforce HMGICs' future mobility vision and profitability
• Conduct feasibility study and make a final decision on business proposals from innovation group in HQ
• Document business proposal regarding new business specification
• Scrutinize government regulations with negotiation staff and conduct negotiation (or related tasks)
• Carry out detailed implementation plans in order to proceed HMGICs' new business

1. Devise detailed action plans for the new business (battery business, etc.)
2. Design business platform and system
3. Manage the progress and performance of industry-academy cooperation program

• Devise pilot programs related to business and specify the business plan for the pilot programs

1. Launch pilot programs
2. Collect and analyze data from the process of the pilot programs
3. Specify the business plan based on the data analysis and feedback

• Monitor the progress of new businesses continuously
• Improve the new business based on the implications of process monitoring 

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business (double major preferred)
• 5 - 10 years of experience in planning, administering, and managing mobility business strategy preferred
• Understanding in extracting relevant information from projects and stakeholders to develop business ideas
• Skills in establishing business technology
• Knowledge of the mobility ecosystem
